Scope: I played a crucial role in contributing to the creative, editorial success of multiple feature film’s marketing campaign. My responsibilities included editing rough cuts with a keen eye for storytelling and visual impact, ensuring that our trailers and TV campaigns met the high standards of creative excellence that each film we worked on represented. In a fast-paced environment, I routinely delivered on numerous time-sensitive, high-profile deadlines, showcasing my ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining the quality and precision required for each project.
Among these contributions was the creation of dialogue breakdowns for most of our projects. This involved a meticulous analysis of the dialogue components for each film, providing a structured foundation for the editing process and enhancing overall narrative coherence, and giving our team the most options creative options possible. Additionally, I took an active role in crafting dialogue, outlining, and writing ADR/VO scripts, as well as graphic copy. This hands-on involvement in content creation demonstrated my versatility and commitment to ensuring that every element of the film's audiovisual experience was finely tuned and aligned with the creative vision. In essence, my role as an Assistant Editor encompassed both technical proficiency in editing and asset management as well as a creative flair for an impactful cinematic presentation.
